Positive Healing Suggestions

Each and every day, more and more people are realizing the existence and importance of the mindbody connection.  With 80% of all diseases being caused by emotional stress, it is important to make sure that you are thinking good, positive, healthy thoughts and eliminating the detrimental negative ones.

Each and every thought we have strives for outward bodily expression, meaning, that if you are worried that you are going to get a particular ailment or disease, chances are you will develop that particular condition.

A vitally important part of true healing is feeding your mind positive suggestions of health and healing.  For each of the 6 brain centers, or health zones, I have provided four healing statements / suggestions.  If you will read, study, and contemplate on these statements at least twice daily, you will notice improvement in your health condition.  Connecting your mind with your body in this positive manner will serve as a "mental adjustment" during the days between the physical Zone adjustments given in the chiropractic office.

Dr. Lewis Asks some important questions of interest to Pasadena residents - Chiropractor Pasadena Dr. Lewis Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
What is the purpose of pain?
Pain prompts many Pasadena folks to begin chiropractic care. But pain isn't the problem! Pain is just how your body alerts you that a limit has been reached (or exceeded), that something isn't working right and that some type of change is needed. As a chiropractor, my job is finding the underlying cause and recommending the changes needed to bring your body back into balance.
