Your Second Visit to Our Pasadena Practice

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

On your second visit, the results of all of your examinations will be provided to you.

We will explain your tests and x-rays in a manner in which you will understand exactly what your problem is and how it can be helped with chiropractic care. If for some reason we believe you will be better served with another doctor, we will explain why and assist you in getting the referral you need.

We believe that the patients that do the best with their treatment are the patients that understand what is wrong and what we are doing to correct it. Please feel free to ask every question you have about how your condition will be treated in our office.

Dr. Lewis Asks some important questions of interest to Pasadena residents - Chiropractor Pasadena Dr. Lewis Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
What is the purpose of pain?
Pain prompts many Pasadena folks to begin chiropractic care. But pain isn't the problem! Pain is just how your body alerts you that a limit has been reached (or exceeded), that something isn't working right and that some type of change is needed. As a chiropractor, my job is finding the underlying cause and recommending the changes needed to bring your body back into balance.
